This is a 3-bedroom home, best suited for up to 6 guests (2 per room). If you're booking for more than 6 guests:
You have to accommodate your group with the coach or sofa and the living room space. No additional mattresses provided.
One guest can sleep on the couch in the living room.
An additional guest may sleep on the second couch if needed.
Please review the photos carefully to see sleeping arrangements and ensure it meets your group’s needs before booking for more than 6 guests.
📌 Note: If you prefer a separate bedroom for each pair, this property is ideal for 6 guests maximum.

Please treat the home with care as if it were your own.
Wash any dishes or place them in the dishwasher before checkout.
Dispose of garbage in the designated outside bins. Replace the garbage bags.
Report any damages or issues immediately so we can address them.
A check-in video is available from the host for your reference.
Please note that any damages to the property during your stay will be your responsibility and may result in charges.

Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the house.
Please make sure to secure the garden access door using both the wooden and metal stoppers.
Do not share entry codes or keys with anyone outside your reservation.

Checkout Instruction:
If you have any wet towels please leave them in the laundry bag.
Remove all the garbage's and trash out in the bins outside
If you have any recycling bottles you may leave them on the kitchen counter.
Please switch all the lights, and run the exhaust fans about 20 minutes after your last use then turn them off before you leave.
Please turn off the fridge and keep the fridge doors open.
based on your group size you may need to consider suitable lead time for the check out and please reset all the items to the original location and condition.
