Breakfast was amazing the view was massive and staff was okay Room was okay we enjoyed it

Staff and clean and spacious room. Bushra at the reception was very welcoming, pleasant and attentive. The bed was very spacious and comfortable. I liked that the hotel is well located. Easy access by walk to market, ATMs, Foreign exchage place as well as a bus stop that brings you to the metro I would have given excellent had there to be proper kitchen amenities. I would suggest that there be at least enough crockery and cuttlery for 2 people. Since hot plate is provided on request then there should be at least one pot and dish soap to clean.

The property is not bad, but some people in the reception is not good is not friendly. Even the other thing is good. I had some problem. I told him I’m gonna extend it. They say no we can’t extend it and anyway I told them I’m gonna leave at 2 o’clock. Can you give me permission for that? Just one hour after 1 o’clock? That’s the night I was talking to the person he was so bad he was so rude he make me like so mad so in the morning I column early I told him I have family. I’m gonna leave at 2 o’clock if you can please we have to take my stuff something like that she said no it’s not legal so I told him I was in Azdan Hotel I spoke with them like what I spoke with you guys they said okay there’s no problem.
