On the second floor is the second bedroom with a box bed 140x200 cm and a single bed 90x200 cm. On this floor is also the TV and media room. In addition to the 40-inch flat screen TV with extensive TV channels and German satellite TV is also a media box with Internet access incl. Eg Youtube, browser and various Android games available. A DVD player and various DVD's complete the media offer. Throughout the house you also have free access to high-speed Internet Wi-Fi (fiber optic network).

In the basement of the house you will find a washing machine and a condenser for free use. The house has a thermostat controlled central heating and can therefore be fully used in all seasons.
