Smelled like smoke, small and people above me made noise all the time. But staff is very nice and accommodating

There was no toilet paper holder . The toilet paper was simply placed of towels that were placed along the sides of the small sink. While I was washing my hands , the toilet paper fell into the sink,& the running water ended up getting the roll of toilet paper wet. We had to get a new roll of toilet paper -an inconvenience. Overall -> you get what you pay for. It's a BUDGET motel ! A drive around the block reveals nice houses w well kept lawns- I conclude the neighborhood to be safe. We ate at the Thai restaurant that's @ same parking lot as the hotel. The food tasted good, & the prices are lower than at other restaurants.

The hotel would not allow us to get checked in. We could not get a room and we were charged we showed the receipt the itinerary and the confirmation and still could not get a room.

I appreciate that they informed me about that the rooms doesn’t have A/C. The bed had wells and doesn’t stay firm in one place. Bathroom window had the windows bars broken (looks like someone tried to get in in the pass)

No a/c, no fan, no ventilation, although website misleadingly says there's air conditioning in the room. Windows don't have any net screens, so cannot be left open. So no air circulation in the room. No soap provided in the bathroom. No drinking water provided. Kitchenette mentioned in the website is not a kitchenette. There's just a fridge and a microwave. No counter, no cups, bowls, dishes, no utensils and no stove or cooking vessels. The TV had no signal, so did not work.

All of the rooms are smoking rooms (including the ones the hotel manager claimed is nonsmoking). There were spider webs all over room, no cups for toothbrush, and the floor was dirty. I was not impressed!
