"My room had multiple maintenance and technical issues: 1. No outlet available to charge my phone (had to improvise) 2. The heater in my room would shut off constantly (made for some very cold nights) 3. The toilet's "flush" botton would constantly disconnect. There is only one maintenance worker who works during the day who would come fix it every time it happened but if it happened during the night I were to be left with my "production" until the next available time he were to come. Absolutely disgusting! The only star goes to the kind and helpful women in the reception and to the decent, modest breakfast. "
