Arrived at hotel given wrist bands - then Ahh your with Expedia, we were then frogmarched to reception to have our bands cut off and demotted to SOFT ALL INCLUSIVE - which does not include Booze ??
Checked back on Expedia app and booking confirmation - Nothing to Explain and actually said all drinks included -.So huge argument with Expedia via a CHAT ROOM and Management at Hotel!!

"This is the main hotel in El Jem, it sort of feels like a replica of the Colosseum. The view from your room can be amazing (ask for room 21 if you can get it).
