We felt the property was over priced for what we got. About Pixvae. Know that Pixvae is very hot! The breeze stops when the sun goes down, but the temperature does not cool off much. We found it very difficult to sleep with the heat, barking dogs, roosters and howler monkeys. The locals are friendly, but only speak Spanish, so if you don't, communicating will be difficult."
