"Apartment is beautiful with views of Sagrada Família and a tiny glimpse of ocean and we could see cruise ships at around 7:30pm.It’s about 4 blocks to subway system which you have to use. There is not any parking.Super Market is 6 walking blocks away with lots of pastry shops along the way.I was extremely upset by the graffiti on the building and the outside property description. The apartment is lovely. Everything furnished for your comfort.After learning the area and subway schedule..the apartment was close to everything Barcelona has to offer."

"The room was immaculately clean every day.When the staff walk past by us always greeted with warm welcome.We couldn't get time to use breakfast and bar.Yes, once when we used swimming pool my kid really had fun. An entire ambience of the hotel was the great and made us feel come back again.20 mins walk from hotel to playarea ( varieties) for growing kids in open air will be benefitted.I suggest SLS hotel drowned in angle of 360 positivity for all kinds of lifestyle."

"Do me a favour and go somewhere else, completely disaster. I think they need to call for pest control , everywhere insects , fungus and mould on the wall. Walls very thin , you can hear everything also your neighbours snoring , go somewhere else not worth it your money. Thank you "

"A la llegada descubrimos que el lavabo del baño tenía una fuga de agua, la chica de recepción lo reportó y nos cambiaron a una habitación más grande hasta el día siguiente. Se supone que arreglarían el baño a primera hora de la mañana. Siguiente día esperamos hasta las 1-2 de la tarde y el baño sin arreglar y nadie daba respuesta de que iba a pasar y como yo tenía cita en la comisaría y otras gestiones con mi pareja tuvimos que salir. A las 3 de la tarde recibo una llamada amenazante de que necesitan que vaya a mover mis cosas porque tienen una reserva para esta habitación. Yo le comenté que no me encontraba en el hotel o cerca en ese momento y que podía volver lo antes posible a las 7. El señor indignado empezó a faltarme el respeto diciendo que soy una persona difícil y que si no vengo a recoger mis cosas su equipo lo moverá todo a la antigua habitación a lo cual conteste que no les doy permiso para eso ya que es delito y que llamaría a la policía en caso de, el señor dijo que me iba a averiguar y me llamaba de nuevo cosa que hasta hoy nunca hizo. Llegue después de un largo día de diligencias, sin batería y ya siendo la hora de tomarme mi medicación para encontrarme que me han dejado fuera de la habitación y no puedo entrar a ninguna de las 2. También tiraron cosas de mi propiedad porque creyeron que era “basura”; “soporte” nunca responde y no resuelven nada, hasta hoy no me han devuelto el dinero ni hecho nada respecto por lo que he tenido que recurrir a abogados, ignoran!"
