Angie the frontdesk lady has no customer service manners at alll. If she did not like what she hears, her standard response started with “ NO MAAM”. Very poor coommunication skills. We rented 3 cottages that could accomodate 8 total; there were 7 of us and pee-paid prior to arrival. At check-in wewere told by Ms Angie that an extra person will cost P150 a night. The place does not provide a statement of what you paid at check-in and what is payable at check-out. No receipts are issued for financial transactions either, ie tours, transpo & hotel stay. So at check-out without a statement issued at check-in and the poor communication of Ms Angie, we were given a surprise news that we owe a balance P5k for lodging. Again by word no statement provided. It apparently cost for 3rd person in bench-like setting that they consider a bed, an outrageous additional amount of P1,500 per night. We rented 3 cottages all with non-working door locking mechanism. The Deluxe Room that sleeps 3 was not allowed to have 3 but the Seaview Cottage was allowed; both have the same floor plan except one has a view. At check-out, food charges were being billed to us that we never incurred. The facility location is nice but the quality of sheets, towels, are very old/thin/overly used. The bathroom has no door nor even a shower curtain for privacy. The most disappointing was Ms Angie’s attitude of unwilling to first listen to the customer and interrupting with a “NO MAAM”.
