I liked the fact that you have some free food and drinks. Also, check in was really fast and no hassles.

Staff were a bit grumpy. Surprised I didn't get a briefing on what to do traveling with an infant...i usually get this when traveling in South Africa, maybe it isn't typical in the states? The guy at checkin kindly warned us we would be charged if we didn't take out 3 pounds. He gave us time to step aside and go through our bag

Flight was good but the fees for baggage not good! Will look into booking direct with an airline that doesn’t charge baggage fees. By the time you added the baggage fees it would’ve been the same. Also the beverages are free except for alcoholl.

Really smooth service, especially considering it was a bumpy flight and they had to postpone drink service until it was safe. Friendly and easy flight experience
