The welcome desk staff was fantastic. Told us that the museum was only open on Sunday and as we were leaving on Tuesday so if we wanted to see it we should go there first. Absolutely the most helpful advice we got. We loved our room and the location. Absolutely a fantastic hotel. Highly recommend it. Cannot say anything bad about it.

Very disappointed the pool, gardens and roof top terraces all closed. So disappointed no where to chill outside in the sun to rest your legs with a cold drink and curl up with a book. The hotel was well positioned. I picked this hotel because it was a mid point stop in our 3 week road trip and picked this hotel for the roof terrace and pool to find out they were closed out of season. I’d not use Expedia again.

"It was a large spa area full of old people coming for treatment. we felt slightly out of place . everyone was in groups doing excercises, playing games and in the morning queing up in their dressing gowns at the Doctor's before going in for their treatment. otherwise it was fine."

"The accommodation was very good value for money but the car park was 400m away. Had to walk it with motorcycle gear on in warm conditions. The parking was very secure however. There was a strange smell in the room which somebody else mentioned in a review."
