You do have to walk down to the rooms and for food no problem they help you get everything there lunch breakfast dinner drinks or any needs. Always go if I want to get away from It all."

"Great location, lots of amenities. However, the staff is pretty loud during the day, there are wild dogs that run through the property and there are things that are just awkward like not having outlets near the beds. This was our second time and both times I felt like it was the best for the pricepoint but not an ideal set up."

"The staff was exceptional! They are amazing and the food was DELICIOUS. We didn't want to eat anywhere else. No fridge or microwaves in the rooms but the AC worked great. The wifi in the rooms didn't work during our whole stay but the one closer to the kitchen did (we just had to leave our rooms and hang out in their dining area or the pool for signal)."

"Staff were amazing across reception, restaurant, and housekeeping. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Oscar at reception for being especially helpful and giving great suggestions. The hotel has been nicely remodeled. Part of the lobby was still under renovation, so there was some noise and dust, but you can already see the style they’re going for: elegant and relaxed. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and great made-to-order omelets. On a not so positive note, our room felt dated, especially the bathroom. The bed and sheets were great, but the bathroom needed work. You could see some of the wallpaper was peeling off, there was black buildup around the sink and moldy/stained grout in the shower, especially in the corners. We could have asked to switch rooms, but we were on a tight schedule and didn’t notice until later. Overall, a nice experience, especially in common areas. Just make sure your room is acceptable as soon as you check in."
