“The hotel is in a great location with many restaurants very close. Salvatore checked me in quickly. He was friendly and very helpful. He offered restaurant recommendations and was very informative. Breakfast had a selection and many fruits, juices, and breads. There was hot coffee and eggs also. ”

“ hoteles.com o el hotel Horizonte, no hacen bien las cosas, si es sin hidromasaje la habitación, entonces en Hoteles.com no deberían ofrecerlo. O, el hotel debería dar la habitación con hidro, como debe ser, sin recargo. Tuve que poner 20 lucas mas, pero no corresponde. Alguien está a favor del robo.”

“We booked 7 nights but we had to leave after a night stay. The day we arrived to the hotel at night but there is no one in the front desk so we had to wait over 40 minutes wondering what went wrong! Imagine how anyone will feel about this! The room is not clean and no towels in the room so we had to go down to the front desk to ask for towels. The towels are so old and had the bleach a over the towels and the towel mats! No hocks in the bathroom for towels either. Absolutely not recommend……

“Great location and hotel staff was excellent. The bakery that serves breakfast were not that accommodating. The first breakfast we experienced lukewarm coffee and received attitude from the young girl working there when asked for hot coffee. We were charged extra for hot fresh coffee. The medialunas were subpar so we ended up having breakfast at several nearby cafes during our stay. Bakery female staff definitely had attitude and were the negative aspect of an overly great experience with the……

“it's far away from the city but the metro station is really close. You can also take the bus number 140 to city. Although the staff can't speak English well, they are very helpful and kindness. The comfortable of room just fine, through you can hear the voice from the people who stay next to you.I wouldn't recommend their breakfast, but it's good enough for this room rate. You can easily find the restaurant, supermarkets and self-laundry shops around this area which is also very safe as well.”
