Designed for a break, our apartment has everything you need to enjoy a few days of privacy and comfort, whether you’re here for school, work, or leisure. It also features a heated pool where you can relax and unwind right in the heart of the city.

New apartment in Elche’s historic center with air conditioning and free 1GB Wi-Fi throughout the property. It’s very well located, just about 10 minutes from the Renfe train station, the bus station, and Miguel Hernández University, as well as countless tourist and culinary attractions to enjoy the city.

Our Palm City 2 Apartment features an entryway, a living room-kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a patio with a heated pool where you can relax and unwind right in the heart of the city.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to spend a few days away from home, ensuring you won’t miss a single detail. It features a refrigerator with a freezer, an induction cooktop, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. It also comes with all the necessary kitchenware and small appliances—such as a toaster, coffee maker, juicer, etc.—to make your daily life easier and more comfortable. The space features a breakfast bar and high stools so you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner at your leisure.

The living room features a two-seater sofa and a 55-inch smart TV. We also provide a study/work area with a desk, chair, and desk lamp.

The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed with an upholstered headboard, a nightstand with a reading lamp, and an open closet so you can store and organize your belongings, thereby avoiding chaos and/or wrinkles in your suitcase.

The bathroom features a modern lighted mirror, a toilet, and a spacious shower.

It also has a small laundry and ironing room.

And last but not least, it features a heated rectangular pool where you can relax, unwind, and recharge.
