The hotel is very outdated and won't deserve 4 stars. Even rating it as 3 stars would be too much. On the first night the central heating didn't work and the rooms were cold! No AC, at the desk we were only given one small dusty heater. We had to wear our outdoor clothes to sleep. In the morning, breakfast buffet was cold and food simply inedible. Cappuccino was horrible bitter. The dining hall was so cold that people were having their breakfast in winter coats. Spa was in the hotel, but not for the guests to use. Total disappointment. They asked 40 € to use their little sauna. Only decent thing about this hotel was the hotel staff that were very helpful. But still, would avoid at all cost.
