Centrally located older condo, but well maintained. I would go back.

Broken AC in our room and no way to reach staff. Stale pastries. Only one coffee cup for two people. Something was off about the bed cover which made the sheets fall off all night. Terribly uncomfortable stay.

Really appreciated the excellent complimentary breakfast. Coffee, tea, 2 juices, bagels, yogurt with 6 optional add-ins, fruit salad, alternate days of hard boiled eggs ; prosciutto & cheese -plenty and convenient. Inn was overhauled from12+ years ago when we realized we'd been here before. Pool & hot tub - didn't have time to use. Located on main road, convenient. Fridge was missing component so switched to slightly bigger room on 2nd floor from 3rd floor - yay, because there is no elevator. Wanted ice, requested, & delivered promptly. Staff not always at front desk, but doorbell there was rung and answered promptly. Stay worked out very well for us.

DO NOT STAY HERE——What should have been a relaxing stay turned into an infuriating and exhausting ordeal due to gross negligence and unprofessional conduct by the property management company overseeing this privately owned condo. On my second day I left briefly for breakfast and after I returned I was shocked to discover that the door code to my condo did not work, leaving me locked out of the property. I called the property management office multiple times before anyone answered. When I finally did get through, I was placed on hold for over 50 minutes before anyone offered assistance. Being stranded outside the property that I paid for is completely unacceptable. Also the shower-head broke off, rendering one of the bathrooms unusable. I was happy to pay the nightly rate but I requested a refund of the property management fee, given that the services it supposedly covered—responsiveness, maintenance, and reliable access—were nonexistent. My request was denied, and instead I was offered a $250 voucher, which is entirely insufficient and frankly insulting given the circumstances. What I received was hours of inconvenience, unresponsiveness, and unacceptable conditions. I would NOT recommend this property as long as it’s being managed by Eurorentals.
