The apartment, suitable for 4 people, is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Naples: Via Santa Lucia, just steps from the sea and close to some of the city's most iconic sites. Within a few minutes on foot, you can reach the Caracciolo promenade, the impressive Castel dell’Ovo, and the picturesque Borgo Marinaro with its waterfront restaurants. A short five-minute walk brings you to Piazza del Plebiscito and the prestigious Teatro San Carlo, while just beyond begins Via Roma (Via Toledo), the famous shopping and strolling street. In about fifteen minutes, you can also reach Molo Beverello.



The home is spacious and bright, equipped with two bathrooms (one on the mezzanine) and a fully equipped kitchen. All rooms are designed to offer you comfort and convenience, with air conditioning and Wi-Fi available.



A special feature is the eco-friendly water solution: a dispenser that eliminates the use of plastic bottles, making your stay more sustainable.
