"This resort is very tired & not to the usual Shangri La standard. Our room smelt of mould (some found on curtains ) , safe was not working & took 2 days to fix, shower door didn’t close, furniture was old & worn. Staff were pleasant - especially in Horizon Club, but dress standards were not enforced ..."
