"This is an old building. There is a steep entry staircase, then another one going to the second floor. The whole inside while being clean looks old and dingy. The furniture is rough but serviceable. There is no TV in the living room. There is one in a first floor bedroom and one in an upstairs bedroom, but we didn't try it to see if it worked. "We enjoyed our stay! The house is well equipped, especially the kitchen. One note for others- it is a split-level house, so there are a few (steep) stairs to navigate. A very quiet neighborhood, just the birds chirping in the surrounding trees."

"St. Louis received several inches of snow on our arrival day. The property manager called to let us know they had cleared and salted the front steps as well as the back sidewalk and porch. We really appreciated that extra touch of attention. The property has plenty of parking. We would recommend this property to anyone visiting St. Louis."
