“Host was very welcoming and the location was perfect. A very short walk away from the Main Street. Several good restaurants were within walking distance. We only stayed one night but it was well worth it even for a short visit”

“This property lives up to its "cozy" billing. (My wife called it our "tiny house".) We were in Beaver Falls for a week- long conference at Geneva College, so the location was perfect! The house is not high fashion but it is clean, comfortably furnished, and smelled fresh. (I particularly enjoyed the reclining sofa.) The beds were comfortable and the linens clean and soft. “We had a wonderful stay. It’s such a cute little cottage! Very clean and Gwen (the host) is so nice! We went end of December and it was really cold so we didn’t get to enjoy all of the outdoor amenities, but it was nice. The site does say that it sleeps 4, but there is only one king bed… for those traveling with more people. Also, they do have WIFI, but no TV. ”
