Was in town for a karate tournament. Unexpectedly had two more kids with me than I had listed in my stay. The staff was extremely accommodating, roll-a-way cot, extra towels. Everyone we encountered was super friendly. The kids loved the pool. Will definitely stay here for the next tournament.

When you are buried with work, it's nice to come back to a clean room with a full size fridge and an awesome workspace! Can't say enough positive things about this hotel. Even the location was perfect, right off the highway with a Ruby Tuesday next door for convenient dinners and an Outback just beyond that.

I loved the lady at the desk. She was so friendly and happy. She worked til 11:00.

Pleasant service. Nice breakfast. Comfy bed.

The hotel was immaculate everything you want and needed in a hotel room.I wouldn't have to leave my room for a year if I wanted too.Because I had everything necessary. It was amazing... Great hotel. I will stay again. When traveling, I highly recommend this brand of hotels.

The facility was very clean, had beautiful common areas, and the staff was very helpful.

The bed was very comfortable. Shower pressure was good. Does have a light odor in the room. But I always travel with candles. Checking in and out service was great. Feel like breakfast could’ve been better. Not everyone eats pork or beef. Recommend also get turkey products

check in was great young lady at front desk was very polite let me check in early to play in the pool room was very clean and comfortable staff was helpful when we ask for more towels I rate this hotel very high I will stay there again and recommend it for a excellent place to stay

The room was very clean and the amenities were very acceptable. My only comment is that I would have preferred large pillows instead of the smaller square ones, (there was four on the bed) and the cable service had no cable schedule nor was one in the room. Both these are minor and I will stay here again next time I need a room.

Very nice place & staff we keep coming back because of the service & cleanliness

I would love to go back and stay again. I got awesome service from your staff. They greeted you with a hello and a great big smile. Yes I would refer a freind, family member and every one I know to go visit Best Value Hotel. Great time there, Thanks for everything.

The Mother Earth was wonderful beyond expectations. It is a Gem in the town of Kinston. I love the Retro Mother Earth Theme. Very clean and well supplied with amenities. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Ashley answered every question with me feeling I was not bothering her. I definitely felt she was sincere in her help.

Everyone I encountered on the property was pleasant and friendly. My stay was work related. I would stay again.

Front desk girl Elizabeth friendly and kind. Room clean. Just needed a stopper for the bath tub!!

Friendly staff, warm welcome, the room was as listed, the breakfast was amazing; staff was continuously restocking making sure everything was clean and the food was hot and plentiful. I was very pleased with my stay. Thanks to staff for all they do and big ups to Hampton for always being great!!

We had a handicapped-friendly room which we had requested. The staff was very helpful and our request for a shower chair was promptly answered. Great value!
