Staff are always hospitable and willing to help, whether by bringing your bags to the room after a long day of travels, or helping to book a cab. The room and bed were clean. The hotel takes safety measures for guests, such as having outdoor security and a safe in the room. They are mindful of little things that many places overlook. We recommend this as a great place for expats - better than other places we've stayed in the city!
