Our stay at the Leland Lodge was wonderful! The property is incredibly family-friendly — our kids especially loved the Murphy bunks. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Fishtown, and the surrounding area was beautiful with fall colors beginning to show. From enjoying breakfast overlooking the golf course to relaxing around a bonfire at night, every moment felt special. John went above and beyond each day to make sure we had everything we needed, and his hospitality made our visit even better. We’ve been searching for a place to return to year after year, and the Leland Lodge checked all the boxes. We can’t wait to come back!

Rooms are very small. Had hair in the bathtub when we got there. Bar and restaurant are way overpriced. The only nice thing was the pool area.

Verified traveler

The trail was very icy because of warm days and freezing nights, but I went to Dunhams and got yaktrax cleats for my hiking boots - made the hike up the next day so easy! And the view is just as beautiful as in the summer!
