"The property was as advertised but if you want a warm shower don't stay here. The shower is room temperature at best. When I contacted the property manager I was asked to let the water run as it takes a long time for it to get warm. I did that with no results. When I contacted them again I was told warm water does take time for all the units on this building. We apologize and ask for your understanding. Also when the room next door flushes their toilet the shower goes ice cold. Ugh"

"We came to celebrate our 46th wedding anniversary and loved the Sunset condo and the attention to detail that went into furnishing it. We cooked our own food mostly and everything we needed was provided and was of very good quality down to the silverware. The bed was so comfortable. Location was great — we made day trips for hiking, relaxing on the beaches and shopping. We put our beach chairs on our backs and walked the short couple blocks to enjoy two magnificent sunsets. "Our condo was beautiful and a GREAT LOCATION in downtown TC. This condo has everything you would need for a wonderful stay and it is impeccably clean! Owners are a phone call or text away. Would definitely go back. Building does not have elevators if you have trouble doing stairs. "

The condo was as advertised and has everything you need. It is located on a busy street but that did not bother us and we actually walked to some local bakeries and restaurants."

"This is a great place to stay. Close to Traverse City, Frankfort, Riverside Canoe trips. Walking distance to great places in downtown Beulah and Crystal Lake. This place was clean and much bigger then we expected. We had 4 adults and one teenager in our party and we had plenty of room. The private yard was very nice, hot tub, grill, fire pit were all great ammeneties. The kitchen was fully stocked, linens were clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!"

The only complaint I have as far as cleanliness was the amount of dog hair that was on the couch/living area. Otherwise it’s a great location right next to downtown! I would recommend."
