“The Leucadia Beach Grotto was a great find in this quaint seaside town. The private enclosed yard was perfect for relaxing by the pool and very dog friendly! I appreciated our host, Jason, welcomed our little pup with a bowl of water and dog biscuit. The place was super clean and the Keurig coffee machine with pods was an added bonus. The secure off street parking was also nice in an area where parking can be limited. Jason was super responsive to messages and informative about the area. I’ll……

“A wonderful spot for our quick beach get-a-way! The property was stocked with everything we needed ... super clean and close to the market and lots of great eateries. It definitely was a plus to have access to beach chairs, umbrella and towels, and it's just steps to the beach. We look forward to our next stay! ”

“This rental shared one common wall with the main house. That was not an issue at all. We did not hear them and hopefully they did not hear us. If they did there were no complaints. It is bright with natural lighting and the furnishings and accessories were very nice. Don’t let the neighborhood approach deter you. It is a quiet neighborhood with zero outside noise. It does sleep six comfortably as stated.I would absolutely rent this again. We had four in our party as were visiting relatives in……
