One piece of advice: we made the mistake of booking spa treatments with Thermae instead of the Gainsborough - we should definitely have booked with the hotel. Their facilities were far superior to Thermae's! Highly recommend!"

"This was the first time we stayed at this hotel before a flight at Bristol Airport the following day . The cost was competitive and the location great with a straightforward run to the airport avoiding city centre. The staff were really helpful and friendly . Food was good and a reasonable choice. The only confusing thing was we had a message from the hotel prior to our stay suggesting we book breakfast and quoting a cost of £26pp. Before arriving we had intended to eat breakfast elsewhere but on arrival advised it was £11.99 pp. We had breakfast in the hotel and it was good value with plenty of choice. Would certainly consider staying here again"
