It’s either super hot or super cold and for hot it only last like 2 mins. The WiFi didn’t work, I wasn’t able to turn on the tvs. I called them to get help and someone came and after maybe about 20 min he said he wasn’t sure why it wasn’t working and that they would check in later, never did. The love couch had suspicious stains, we had to ask for disinfectant wipes but I the end we didn’t use it, the swing also had a lot of stains and we could t disinfect it because the fabric was cloth. The bed is super rigid.
