“Such a beautiful, calm and functional hotel. Well designed and in an excellent location. The swimming pool is perfect and we loved the parking space system. A simple phone call to lift the barrier. Very helpful staff and good WiFi. Highly recommend it.”

“Awful. I stayed at Apart-Hôtel Le Pic de l’Ours and had a very frustrating experience.
The hotel advertises WiFi, but in reality it only works in a small part of the building. As I was there for work, this made my stay unworkable. I contacted reception to explain I needed to leave early, but received no response. When I finally spoke to someone (reception is rarely staffed), a refund was refused despite the misleading information.
