The staff are nice, but the room was not kept clean every day and the amenities are poor.
In addition, the location does not feel safe. I saw homeless people and others sleeping on the street, and the area feels dangerous after 9 PM. You must use Uber or a taxi to get around safely.

Staff were exceptionally helpful. Great location. Room was well presented & clean. Breakfast was good & staff attentive. Also options for dinner were great. Would definitely stay here again & recommend to others visiting Santiago.
