Spacious and luxurious apartment with exquisite furniture and decoration, very cozy. Large terrace overlooking the sea. It has an elegant double bedroom with 160x200 bed and en suite bathroom with jaquzzi. Another bedroom with 2 single beds and full bathroom attached. Fully equipped kitchen with Siemens appliances, including washing machine, dishwasher and oven. Very bright romantic style lounge with 55-inch LED TV.
Located in one of the most exclusive urbanizations of the coast, it has several swimming pools and children's recreation area.
A few meters from the urbanization is the wonderful Spa / resort Albayt, here you will have a bonus for a day totally free for minimum stays of one week, if you want to go more times ... the price of the daily bonus per person is only 20 euros, and the monthly bonus is 60 euros. It has Jaquzzi, Turkish baths, saunas, aromatherapy showers, relaxing thermal beds, heated pool, Gym, and all beauty and massage services. The entrance to the Spa is restricted to minors.

Perfect!
Had an awesome 28 day stay. Apartment is in a fabulous location, close to beach, shops, restaurants and anything you might need. Miguel is a great host! He takes care of you from arrival to departure. The property is very well maintained and very quiet (February stay). Would definitely recommend this place and we hope to return.

Great apartment, clean, well equipped and friendly host, willing to help at all times. Great balcony and we loved our stay in the apartment. But please note that the description refers to a spa nearby with lots of facilities - this is closed! There is no spa, no sauna, no heated pool no other facilities. The development is nice with a big pool but that’s all there is. We had been looking forward to using the spa facilities and that was just not there any more.

The view of the Sea was stunning. The location was convenient for getting around and for our original purpose which was to watch the golf tournament there. The washroom doors did not lock. The hallway bathroom door would get stuck and a great deal of the time, it would require someone else to pull on it to get it open as the person in the bathroom would be locked in. There were ants entering the room from the outside balcony sliding door and they would be crawling on the couch and in the kitchen as well. The check-in process would have been easier had someone been at the location at the time of arrival as it had been the case for other guests. One of our faults was the omission of following the direction on how to get the apartment keys. The garage opener did not work, but the one we found in the apartment did. The shower head in the guest bathroom did not have a cradle.

Beautiful Apartment
This apartment is stunning! The facilities were excellent, from the underground car park, lift to the apartment, location and friendliness of Miguel, the owner. Miguel met us on arrival and talked us through everything. The apartment was clean and very tastefully decorated. There are lovely views form the balcony too. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed linnen was clean. I cannot fault this property. Due to the location, you will need a car to get about.

Perfect Vacation Location
I just spent a week here with my daughter and it was perfect. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very nicely decorated. It had everything we needed for our stay. The location is very peaceful and quiet. Also close to restaurants, beaches and stores. Our host Miguel was awesome. We had a car rental issue at the airport which he immediately helped us resolve. He was always available for whatever we needed and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. I highly recommend this apartment. When I come back I will definitely stay here! Thank you Miguel!

Well appointed property with nice ambience and outlook. Property was accurately described in the listing. Car required but handy location. Walking access to the beach crosses very busy road. We would stay there again. Property was a bit hard to find without GPS coordinates. Miguel was very accommodating and helpful.

Lovely Apartment
We enjoyed a two week break catching up with family, The apartment was perfect for our needs, very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the large terrace and the pool which is next to the apartment and often had it to ourselves. Miguel was easily contactable if we needed him. You definitely need a car as the apartment is not in Estepona town, this is a short drive away.

Relaxing holiday in good location
Great apartment, with good balcony for dining. Host Miguel met us at the apartment and went through everything and gave us some tips on the local areas. The location is good with everything within a 5 to 10mins drive. We enjoyed Estepona and Puerto Duquesa most nights, where there are many restaurants and bars. On top of this during the day the pool was great to relax and cool down in. Hope to return in the future. Thanks Miguel

The apartment is spacious and tastefully decorated The terrace is not overlooked and has a fantastic outlook towards the ocean Ideal for a peaceful relaxing holiday The pool servicing our apartment block was superb large and spotlessly clean The gardens were immaculate well maintained I would like a few more kitchen items, saucepans, bowls, measuring jug, sieve, a further chopping board also a couple of airtight containers Liasing with Miguel was easy, very prompt, kind, helpful and curtious. Lovely beaches the other side of Manilva sun lounger sunshades 6euros I would recommend this appartment

Our holiday at Miguel’s apartment
We found the apartment to be very spacious, with a south facing balcony area providing lots of sunshine. Good location near the coast road gives good access to Estepona, Gibraltar, etc. Only had a couple of minor problems which Miguel and Sonia quickly sorted. Altogether, a very good holiday.

We had always gone to the busier parts of the Costa del Sol but decided to broaden our horizons. Once you have a car, it’s a very short hop to good food, good beaches and good resorts. Make sure you visit nearby Duquesa.

Excellent condo in Estepona
My family and I recently stayed in this luxury condo in Estepona and we adored it ! It was exactly as portrayed in the pictures . However it isn't really 150 meters from a beach, you have to cross a roundabout to get to a rocky outcrop of the ocean . Since we had rented a car it wasn't a big deal. If you drive eleven minutes away you can go to the ' Playa de la Rada ' or you can drive 8 minutes to the ' Playa del Cristo', in nearby Estepona. For affordable food and supplies I recommend the superMercado only a 2 minute drive from the condo. If you prefer restaurants, here is a small list of my favourite ones: - The Escollera ( fresh sea food - you have to arrive before 9:00Pm if you don't want to wait ) - Restaurante Taberna Miguel ( Super good Sea Food - central old Estepona ) - La Pintoresca ( Great service and excellent food view of the port ) - La Taberna Del Puerto ( Amazing Tapas ) If you are wanting to visit stunning places I definitely recommend : • Istan. It is a 45 minute drive away and is a ' Must see '. • Casares which is a 21 minute drive away. • Gaucin which is a 40 minute drive and has so much to offer. It is only 30 minutes drive from Casares so you can visit both in the same day. • Siesta Los Rubios Ranch great horseback riding Ranch ! • Tarifa is a 55 minute drive away. It offers some spectacular beaches and an amazing city . Thanks so much to Miguel ! He was so helpful and patient with us ! He was literally the perfect host and responded quickly to our numerous questions and needs . This condo is 5/5 ! Congratulations on having such a great apartment! The pool was fabulous for all ages . It was heated which makes a big difference. Although we didn't get to try the spa it looked amazing. My family of three found everything we needed and highly recommend this condo. P.S Spanish SIM cards are available at the nearby Carrefour in Estepona.

Very Nice apartment and quite area.
We booked the apartment for 10 days. We arrived very late past midnight. But had good communication with the owner Miguel. A bit hard to find at nighttime, but we did. 😊 Very nice apartment, that meet all our requirements. The outdoor terrace was so amazing. Beautiful view over the sea to the left and pool area on the right. The area was in start of august very quiet and we almost have the entire pool to ourselves. Miguel was very helpful if we had any questions. We just loved our 10 days there. 😃
