“The staff were amazing, but there were a few little quirks with the room. We had 3 different minor maintenance issues and the room design was a bit odd and everyone should pay attention to the room they book. The ceilings are sloped so even at 5 foot tall, you will be bonking your head. They show photos so it is my fault for not paying attention, but at 5 foot even never had that issue before. Jenn”

“We were super late to check in because of the disruptive buses in Mostar, but the staff made sure to leave an envelope with our keys on the front desk beforehand.
