“Friendly staff, great room”

“Small, but clean room with AC working well which was great given the heatwave. We walked from Orly 3 to the hotel and it was easy to follow the signage and get to the hotel in about 15-20min with bags even without the elevators working.”

“European standards are very different than US standards. The United States star rating is truer to the property's quality, i.e. cleanliness, amenities, distance to major attractions. In my opinion, Europe's 4 star hotel would be equivalent to our 3 star.”

“I really liked the room that I got. It was modern, clean, it even had a small kitchen. Chambre 520. Overall, the Staff were really pleasant, friendly and assisted me to understand and get around with public transportation. I also didn’t have a wine bottle opener so I went to the front desk and they let me use it to open my bottle of wine. Also got free espresso when I needed it. That was nice. The one thing I didn’t like was that in the kitchen to the far right where the counter meets……

“We have booked Adjacent double room and confirmed by email. But when staying, hotel arranged a double bed room and a single bed room. And only give us free breakfast for compensation.”

“a bit far from paris if you’re planning to visit while you stay here(1 hr by metro/tram). we spent every day going back and forth to and from paris. if you’re planning to save money by staying here, not worth it just stay closer to paris! very nice hotel. lacks fridge in room, iron, and water is not free. bed was comfy!”

“The hotel is immaculate, the restaurant and bar cafe food wonderful, the majority of staff extremely helpful and accommodating and the ambiance of the place is extremely calm and restful. They do need to look at the frustrating pool/spa area … you only get free access with a delux room or above ( they did upgrade me for free at checkin due to my Expedia membership but didn’t tell me, so i thought i had to pay the substantial fee for a while) and you have to book a slot for only 1hr 30mins…then……
