“Waited 15 minutes at the Reception disc until someone showed up to check me in. Staff are not so friendly. Rooms are not clean. There are insects and roaches on the floor and on the sink counter. This is not the first time I have bad experiences with this Hotel unfortunately it’s the only hotel in town so I had to stay in it again otherwise I wouldn’t approach it”

“The only thing that disappointed me was that the steakhouse wasn’t open and there was no sign or explanation as to why or when it would be open again. “The place itself was good. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The host interaction was bad. I sent numerous messages with no response and had to resort to calling the number provided for urgent issues. The internet service went down and with no explanation all day. Eventually restored later that night. The person I spoke to was pleasant, but couldn’t help with the internet. She did bring over the towels I requested immediately. The host never responding to any messages during the entire stay……

“I was finally placed in a clean double bed room as the King size bed room was dirty. At first the ice machine was empty; milk for breakfast cereal was sour which I reported to the desk staff and he did change it out. Not much variety in continental breakfast; safety issue in bath tub /shower as there are no grab bars for safety and the strips that are in the tub are worn out and do not give adequate nonslip safety when taking a shower or bath”

“When we first walked in, it was fun to find all the bedrooms nestled here and there! Very interesting and clever layout - the bedrooms are all unique and we had a good time deciding who got which room. Each one is nice!
