This charming Craftsman style home is located in the historic Whiteaker neighborhood of Eugene. Easy walking distance to NInkasi and many other breweries and eateries. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 full baths, and a smaller office space /studio with a high quality memory foam folding single bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen and an open dining and living room area. The spacious front porch allows comfortable outdoor seating. . A/C is available as well as full size laundry facilities.
