Its located 3 miles south of the University of Oregon. It has its own separate entry. The fully equipped kitchen has new cherry cabinets, granite countertops, full size refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The family room has a 60" smart TV with surround sound. The primary bedroom has a king size bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. You can enjoy the tranquil environment, relax on the patio and watch a sunset or hike the Ridgeline trail which is less than a half mile away. The trail runs 8 miles and you can take the route to the top Spencer Butte. Everything is new and fresh with a relaxed atmosphere. Take advantage of indoor or outdoor living with plenty of privacy, views and greenery. This entire unit has been newly rebuilt with cherry cabinets, granite counter tops, crown molding, new flooring and quality fixtures throughout. It comes complete with a 60 inch TV, DVR, Surround Sound and WIFI. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit for your own private use. The location provides great privacy in a relaxed country like setting. You have access to your own private patio, complete with a table for six, a gas barbecue, an outdoor ping pong table and an indoor foosball table for your enjoyment! Guest access There is a designated parking space available in the driveway as well as additional free street parking. The beautiful setting of this VRBO must be seen to fully appreciate. Even though we did not spend a lot time outside, we appreciated the private and restful outdoor area. Inside, we had every amenity needed for an enjoyable stay. The host, Fran, was very helpful and ensured we were well cared for at Crest View.
