The gal checking me in tried to change my room reservation, when I showed her, on my phone, the message from hotel saying where my room was to be, she said I needed to be on 3rd floor because I had dogs ... I said to her and the other gal, that if I couldn't have the room I reserved, then please cancel my reservation & I'd go elsewhere, the other gal fixed the issue quickly
I found thumbtacks on the floor of my room, the front desk gal didn't care. I'm lucky my dogs didn't eat one or we didn't step on any.
The handicap parking sucks, spots so narrow, if you can get in your car, you can't access the other side ... AND ... both nights there were cars with no handicap permits and NO orange parking passes parked in 2-3 of the available parking spots. If someone was in a walker or wheelchair, they literally had no place to park and have room to get out ... this can't be ADA compliant. Spots by the building need to be widened and have access strip between, spots by freeway need to be better marked so people don't use them as regular parking spots. No sense complaining to the front desk, they don't care about the tacks, they won't care about the parking situation
