Excellent location if you are in Seattle for medical care. And while the jr. suite is roomy and the bed is in good shape, the furniture is old and uncomfortable. An upgrade of the couch and sitting chairs would make all the difference.

    • Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities

I am disabled and had no idea there were stairs leading into lobby. Main elevator inside the building was out of order and had been out of order for weeks, so no way to get in the building other than using the stairs. There is only public parking for your vehicle behind the Inn's sister hotel, the Baroness and a block walk to the Inn dragging luggage with a cane. I had to use the service elevator to get to my room ... going down a none too clean dark hallway. There is no lid to the toilet. There is no door to the bathroom. No grab bars in the shower. Room service was nonexistent as the restaurant never answered the phone after repeated tries. No refrigerator (I carry insulin) and no microwave. They did offer to bring up an ice chest. On a positive note the bed was comfortable. I will not stay there again.

Upon check in we discovered there was a mix up in our room from a double to a single. The staff was fantastic in remedying the situation. Location was a key as we were down for a family members surgery. Within walking distance to the hospital.
