"The Location of the hotel is perfect for sightseeing, dining and shopping as it is approx 200m from the city's beautiful main square. The rooms are immaculately clean and spacious. Breakfast wasn't cheap but of excellent quality and plentiful. Really friendly and helpful staff on Reception. The only problem we faced was actually getting to the hotel by car in the first place. Brugges doesn't really welcome cars and there are many 'no go' areas at certain times. You will need to register your vehicle to avoid a fine. The one thing that we didn't have, but would have liked, was a kettle in the room to enable us to make a hot drink at any time of day but there is a chargeable drinks machine (and small snack shop) in Reception. All in all, a fabulous place to stay. "

"Exceptional stay in the Family Rooms, plenty of space, comfortable beds, fantastic breakfast. Breakfast is not included if you book on a third-party site, it is well worth purchasing it! So many delicious options. The dinners are a bit pricey, but the food is extraordinary. Try the Bar-B- Que ribs and the Tenderloins. Fantastic! Easy trip to downtown Bruges. "
