The listing didn't make clear that one of the bathrooms is only accessible from the outside pool area and it also said that a couple of the other bedrooms had king beds when they were actually queens. There were some challenges with communication and check in and no one answered the emergency number they provided despite multiple calls (although they did ultimately respond to texts) but ultimately we were able to access the apartment. “This is a remarkable place. Great pool and hot tub. Beautiful home -- lots of light and space -- with a fully outfitted kitchen. Everything was in excellent shape, and the location is ideal for Santa Monica and the other beaches.
