“There is no front desk or staff available to help us with check in or carrying luggage up the stairs. We arrived after 7 pm. No one answered the bell that was in the directions and I didn’t realize that there was another set of instructions for later arrivals. A local helped us call the manager who gave us instructions for the keypad which was in a different building. We had a misunderstanding about the price because I believed that I had booked it in Canadian dollars but it was in Euros, and……

They been rude to me because I made one load of laundry staying 5 nights and made me pay 10 euro for that. Also been telling me that I did two loads instead one. I refused to pay for something I didn’t use. It should be told during check in that there is additional charges for laundry. They did not change the towels at all, leak in a shower and staffed sink. “Great location in great view room is extremely small but certainly functional. The check-in process was a bit cumbersome and overdone. Compared to the other 12 properties I stayed at during this trip they request way too many forms and their ask for a high deposit is also out of line. However I would still say there are four star because of location and value”
