“We had reserved 2 rooms for our family, but when we got there they only had 1 room . We waited & finally got a key for 417 but could not get in , went back to manager to fix , back up to 417 with luggage & still didn’t work . Staff came & unlocked but another person was in the room . Manager said would find another room . But in meantime another couple comes in & says booked on Expedia also & the manager gave them a room instead of us. This check in process took 1 & 1/2 hour but still NO room……

“Room was terrible. Crack in the bathtub that caused a leak and mold, bed was broken and maintenance man walked into the room without knocking. Tried to report it and was told that the guy was a drug addict and they could not do anything about it. No cameras to verify”
