“We were put in a smoking room despite a reservation for nonsmoking. I asked to switch but nothing else was available. The room smelled terrible. The good: The bed was comfortable and the sheets clean. Otherwise the property was run down. The room was reasonably clean, but the common areas were dirty. Very poor breakfast. I will avoid this hotel in the future. ”

“Loved the view of the lake from the room!!! Appreciated a "clean" hotel. Concierge was very helpful answering my questions on a few occasions.”
