“The Resort is in a beautiful position with lovely views but it is a bit run down. Our room was ok . It was clean but there was no mattress protector on the bed ! We had housekeeping for 3 days but not the next 3 days lol The staff were friendly and helpful but sometimes didn't understand what we were asking. Included breakfast was ok but often ran out of fruit. Fiafia night was great. The Garden Villas were pretty run down. The Gardens were nicely kept though. The Resort is very close to the……

“Great resort, very kid friendly. Staff were truly amazing. Only thing to note is the internet/local TV are pretty much non existent in the rooms. So a tip is pack some cards games etc. Location is great too.”

“Simple accommodation literally on the beach. The fales allow privacy as required, with multiple 'walls' allowing height adjustment. This also works well for controlling the temperature of the room. Be aware there is no outlet for use in the fales (but apparently there were other locations you could use). Bathroom facilities are rustic, but clean and well maintained/stocked. Ear protection recommended - the surf is loud, and there is a road immediately behind the fales (albeit lightly……

“An absolute gem! Our room was spacious and very clean. The gardens are well kept, great onsite restaurants, staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the deep pools. My son loved the kids pool. Loved how private and secluded it is with a five star resort feel. Needs some structural work on the decking and pools but ease of access to all other areas which are concreted. Cosmetic stuff. “Worst Sheraton I have ever stayed in, shower leaked flooding the bathroom flood, then toilet leaked toilet water all over the floor. Requested a room change which was not able to fulfilled. So disappointed & disgusted with this resort we ended up finding alternative accommodation and not staying the two nights. Do not stay here!”

“The resort does seem to be the most up market in the area but it has a long way to go before it rates as well as a 5 star resort at say, Fiji. The rooms are nice but are not regularly deep cleaned. Washing machine and shower frames all dirty. The beds are terrible, I asked for a new mattress but it was no better. They are noisy with any movement, you can feel the springs and they are very firm. The shower head holder in my room was broken, reported it and maintenance replaced the head but left……
