This is a quiet and peaceful house and location. It was great to have shoreline access just across the street. We enjoyed watching the gulls and Brants in the bay, along with the fishing boats. Tracy was great with communication

The house was exactly what was listed. Easy check in and out. Had plenty of room for our family gathering. The sunsets were beautiful over the bay. Highly recommend staying here.

The property was very convenient to all of Fall River and the bridges accessing Rhode Island. We were looking at local properties for sale, and this cottage made our searching so much easier. Waking up to the beautiful Mt Hope Bay was a delight along with the wonderful sunsets. If you are looking for a cozy place this will fill the bill.
