“The day before we were to arrive we had still not received instructions on how to get in.After emailing the host withno response. We finally called her and got an answer. She didnt even know it had been booked. After co firmatikn we finally got instructions for a key.Upon arrival it looked like a cute little old cottage. Once we entered we started noticing a decline quickly. The main ceiling/light combo in the living room did not work. We even switched with a working bulb but the fan and light……

“The plain brick building is deceiving, as you’re welcomed with Ms Mary at the front desk and the smell of clean! We were humbly surprised at the room. Clean. Cozy. EXTREMELY comfortable beds. It was the perfect stop before dropping our son off at HIGHLAND COMMUNITY COLLEGE.”

“We were not pleased with the guy the video guy who greeted us. That was very impersonal of the Hotel. We prefer to have someone a real person to greet us. Not someone on a zoom video. We did NOT like that part. The light in the bathroom was out. They never did fix it even though we asked them to. we were there for two days. The door keys only worked half the time. we had to keep getting new keys.”
