"This property has a spacious and well maintained backyard. The firepit was surrounded by comfortable patio couches. The interior was spacious for the 6 of us staying here. It was clean and had everything we could possibly need to cook/clean. Location is super close to Manhattan and it was quiet surrounding the house. "Great place to stay. It is in a nice neighborhood. Communication with host was very easy and response is quick and considerate."

"We booked our stay here two days before checking in. On the day of we had not heard from the host. After multiple attempts to contact them, via app and phone call, it wasn’t until 45 minutes after we were supposed to check in that our reservation was cancelled due to having been double booked on another platform. Very disappointing as it left us scrambling to find somewhere else to stay. The area was nice and walkable, but a disappointing turn of events."

"Very spacious house for a family. Very close to the beach, amusement park, water park. The house has everything you‘ll need for sleeping, cooking, relaxing. The hot tub was a hit. "Let us start off by saying we had an awesome time in the Irvington House. The renovations are beautiful and fully appreciated. The pictures are accurate, when we arrived the house was exactly as described. Each bedroom has an air conditioner and remote control fan. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed. "We enjoyed our stay. The location was great for us since we have family nearby. The first floor worked well…the kitchen is up to date and functional. The second floor bed set up wasn’t ideal - the double bed should be set up better to have 3 functional bedrooms. The only other comments are we missed having a w/d and the router signal was weak which affected tv transmission. Overall, we had a very enjoyable visit."
