The GM that was on duty Tuesday made no attempt to address my concerns or even talk to me and Declan who was another manager not on site made no attempt to address my concern. The floor was very dirty not clean at all. To not receive the room I selected was the icing on the cake. The little girl that assisted me was a lead and stated no she could not change my room. The place was not booked up which she lied and said it was. The pots in the kitchen was so used everything stuck. Before you all suggest a place check them out first. When I went to get a shower had no hot water .

Multiple times no front desk staff available, Internet service EXTREMELY poor, which is unacceptable given the price of the room. Also main restaurant closed and “free breakfast “ which was pre paid came from the bar. Room also looks much better on the website than in person. Not fully clean, hairs on bathroom floor from last person. On the plus side bar staff was very nice . Outdoor pool appeared clean.

The hotel is old the walls are paper thin you can hear EVERYTHING it’s so loud in your room. The pools are all dirty. The shower didn’t drain maintenance didn’t come until check out. TV in room didn’t work front desk was able to fix to get 8 channels. The ice machine was constantly empty. Only benefit is close to boardwalk and beach
