Everything was exactly what you would expect for a budget friendly room, only complaint was that the steps and porch going to 3rd floor was sketchy and theres a large soft spot on 3rd floor side landing

Love this hotel! Has everything I need, great location and love the space!

Upon arriving, the room smelled badly like cigarette smoke but it went away after a day or two. The room could have been a little cleaner but that's most hotels, especially here. The staff were all absolutely wonderful, including the house keeping ladies! Our room had a Jacuzzi in it, but it's so loud that we literally just didn't use it, its uncomfortably loud. Balcony looked like it would be private also based on the picture they have posted with our room, but it was fully open and shared, lots of weed smells lol & for some reason, every single night between 10pm-2am there was something big being slid around in the employee only room next to ours, we were on the 5th floor and the one side is just employees only areas, but it was quite annoying.

The unit was outdated, small, and had mismatched and old furniture. The shower in one of our bathrooms wouldn’t drain. The oven did not work. There was only one television. Concerns couldn’t be communicated because the staff hardly spoke English (although they were very nice). The unit was in a really nice location - 1.5 blocks from the boardwalk and beach. We liked the outside showers.

I loved this property! The amenities were great! Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping came daily. Staff was receptive of guests needs. There are many shops restaurants and a Cafe attached to the hotel. The indoor and outdoor pool are awesome! Boardwalk access with direct beach view from the room offered just the relaxing vibe we needed. The restaurant inside the hotel was very nice.The hotel cafe has stale food. The pizza shop attached to the hotel, at the boardwalk has poor customer service. The rude staff gave me the wrong order and admitted it was their fault but management insisted I pay an extra $9 for them to fix the order. I definitely won't be eating there next time. There are other welcoming places to eat int he area. Otherwise, this is a great hotel!!
