Rooms clean, beds/pillows comfortable. Restaurant food and service excellent however wine selection could be improved. A bit dissatisfied that shuttle service wasn’t available to us at 4 am. Selected this holiday inn for proximity and because it advertised shuttle service when my flight got cancelled

This is a nice hotel. Good value, clean with a nice staff. No luck in the casino, but the room was clean and spacious.

My expectations were definitely not met. After looking at all the different options of hotels around we chose this one after reading reviews and looking at pictures. The girl that checked me In at the front must have been new. She didn’t really answer any of my questions and the language barrier was very high. The parking garage is a nightmare and it’s a very long walk if you’re in the west building. I asked about valet but again I didn’t really get an answer. The carpet in the halls are really dirty and the room is just okay. The hotel is pretty run down for being one of the top picks to stay. The pool is also dirty. Not impressed and won’t be back.
