“Everything was great but, the shower was terrible no water pressure & no hot water! Needs to be addressed!”

“When we got there our room was not ready we were told 20 minutes. Other people even those who did not have a reservation checked in ahead and we waited finally a man came over and asked why are you sitting here. Waiting on my room. Discovered the guy who said it was not ready didn’t tell anyone we were waiting and he left even thought he came over and told us twice it would be 20 minutes. We ended up waiting about 40 minutes Sink in bathroom was stopped up when we got there never worked……

“It was not to clean with the sofa, dishes and bowl. Front desk service kept watching movie on her cell phone. It did not pay attention with customer. ”

“Good bang for the buck”

“The room was beautiful and very clean.”

“Nothing to to report”

“I went for the cheapest rate on a popular weekend, you get what you pay for. ESA caters to extended stays. This particular facility is old and shows it. My room had a noisy a/c unit, creaky, saggy bed, aged and stained furniture, malfunctioning cable, two dead light bulbs, and overall unsatisfactory. Especially after paying $376 for three nights. Subpar! Never again.”

“Good”

“What a treasure. Rose Hill Inn is a beautiful property walkable to shopping and restaurants. The owners are delightful… so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and we had anything we needed and then some.”

“goof”

“The breakfast was ok. Not much variety and some weird choices. When you are staying there for several nights, breakfast is the same every morning.”

“We would definitely return. The beds are comfortable and hotel located in a quiet area.”

“Perfect !! Clean, Comfortable, convenient and customer service was great as well! ”

“Beautifully restored Victorian home with marvelous breakfast”
